Every day thousands of people leave their country or enter another one in search of better life, education or job. Some of them are “pushed” by unfavourable living conditions, the others just want to change the surroundings. Any way, it occurs when the native country doesn’t cover anymore the necessities a person might have. A lot of people want to live, work and study in the United States and live the American Dream.

This is how the immigration happens. In order to be able to enter U.S. a person needs a visa. A visa is an official document, or a stamp put in your passport, which allows you to enter or leave in a particular country. Visas can usually be of two categories. Immigrant visas are meant for aliens who are seeking permanent residence  in the U.S. An alien is a person who is not a citizen of the country they live in. Non-immigrant or in other words temporary visa is given for a limited period of time with a specific purpose such as tourism, study, work etc.
